Job Summary:
The Comparative Ocular Pathology Laboratory of Wisconsin (COPLOW) at the School of Veterinary Medicine is seeking three individuals to fill Research Specialist positions. These individuals will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to: sample receiving and sample preparation, data entry, filing slides and paraffin blocks, client communication, preparing mailings, document archival, monitoring report turn over, ordering recut slides/IHC for clients, assisting with organizational tasks, gathering follow up information for research projects, compiling reports / slides for pathologist projects.

Department: School of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Pathobiological Sciences
Compensation: $44,453 - $60,000
Required Qualifications: Candidates must have experience in a diagnostic laboratory setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Prefer candidates with veterinary experience, either clinical or laboratory
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred in Medical Laboratory Sciences or Veterinary Science
