Job Summary:
The Wisconsin Badgers are looking for a Digital Producer with a passion for fan engagement and brand development to create video content and motion graphic elements for in venue LED displays and IPTV systems that will enhance Wisconsin's gameday presentation. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for trending styles and innovative ideas. Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume.
Under the direction of the Assistant Athletics Director of Content Strategy, Gameday Presentation and Events and Promotional Marketing, this position will create video and motion graphics for Wisconsin Athletics in venue LED displays and IPTV systems for athletic competitions.

Responsibilities include:
- Shoot, edit and produce team open, introduction and hype/sizzle videos.
- Design and build high-end graphics for in-venue LED video board productions and IPTV digital displays;
- Use tools available to composite, stylize and create visually impressive elements showcasing players, games statistics and integrating corporate partners;
- Collaborate with creative team on how to further the Wisconsin brand and engage fans;
- Follow current trends and forecast new techniques to conceptualize creative ideas;
- Communicate with outside vendors about logistics, resources, timelines and expectations;
- Train and guide students and staff on use of Adobe Creative Cloud software.
Responsibilities:
Creates and promotes digital content and organizes staff workflows for one or more identified digital platforms in a specified medium to communicate content and increase audience engagement.
- 40% Writes, edits, publishes, and integrates content on digital platforms that engages with audiences, including interviewing sources, researching topics, and assembling relevant multimedia elements
- 30% Facilitates and secures resources for digital content creation workflow within a work unit or project and collaborates with other teams on both long-term and short-term multimedia projects
- 20% Participates in the development and conceptualization of strategies for one or many identified digital platforms
- 10% Trains staff on digital concepts, strategies, and techniques

- 3+ years working in Adobe Creative Cloud software, specifically Premiere and After Effects
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a time sensitive, fast-paced environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills

Conditions of Appointment: This is a 100% Academic Staff appointment. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included.
