Job Summary:

The Wisconsin School of Business (WSB) seeks a service-focused and outcome-oriented Associate Director of Career Management, MBA & Master's Programs to join our strong and energized career management team. In this role, you will work directly with students in the Full-time MBA (5 years average experience) and Specialty Master's (0-3 years average experience) students in areas such as supply chain management, marketing, and technology strategy and project management. Additionally, you will engage with working professional students (hybrid Professional MBA program 6-7 years average experience, potential engagement with Executive MBA program 17 years average experience), particularly in programming that overlaps both residential and working professional populations.

Our Full-time MBA and Master's students are admitted from across the globe and join our programs with diverse and interesting work and life experience, including veterans and under-represented minority students. Due to the hybrid nature of the Professional MBA and Executive MBA programs, students attend from across the Midwest and with broader reach across the country. Their shared goals for attending our programs is career enhancement - either changing careers completely ('career switcher') or advancing in their current industry or functional role. This position supports our student's career progression, through delivering workshops and programs, one-on-one coaching, partnering with WSB Knowledge Centers and Programs, engaging WSB alumni, and more.

This role will also be the key strategic leader in supporting students in the Consortium program and developing strategic programming in areas like case interview preparation. The associate director will manage staff who coach across the portfolio of programs: Full-time MBA, Specialty Master's, Professional MBA, and Executive MBA. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy varied work activities throughout the day, like collaborating with different groups of people, and appreciate ownership of specific projects while also working within a close-knit team, we invite you to apply for this job.
