The position includes service to the department, college, and university appropriate to rank. The successful candidate is expected to engage in outreach and policy discussions at the regional or national level, fostering dialogue regarding the operation, design, and performance of U.S. energy markets, including the role of market mechanisms, market liberalization, competition, and policy in shaping private-sector behavior.
